For Users Under 13:

2.3 Teacher and Instructor Accounts
To create a teacher/instructor account, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate professional credentials and qualifications
Maintain accurate profile information
Comply with professional conduct standards
3. Account Creation and Security
3.1 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access or use
Complying with all applicable laws and these Terms
3.2 Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by:

By uploading content to the Service, you grant Alex Doyle Guitar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Store, transmit, and display Your Content
Reproduce Your Content for backup purposes

This license does not grant Alex Doyle Guitar the right to:

Share Your Content outside the platform
5.4 Content Restrictions
You agree that Your Content will not:

7. Subscription, Pricing, and Payment

Pricing is displayed at time of purchase
Prices may change with 30 days notice for ongoing subscriptions
You may cancel before renewal to avoid price increases
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions unless you cancel
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused accounts
Ongoing subscriptions are not refundable unless a service failure occurs

8. Lesson Scheduling and Cancellation
8.1 Lesson Cancellation
Student Cancellation:
Students may cancel lessons with 24 hours notice
Cancellations with adequate notice result in no charge
Late cancellations may result in cancellation fees
Teacher Cancellation:
Teachers may cancel lessons with reasonable notice
Students are notified and may reschedule at no cost
8.2 No-Show Policy
If either party does not appear, it is considered a no-show
Students are charged the lesson fee for no-shows without notice
8.3 Lesson Recording
Lessons may be recorded for review purposes
All parties are notified if recording occurs
Recorded lessons are stored per the Privacy Policy
9. Teacher Terms and Responsibilities
9.1 Teacher Conduct
Teachers agree to:
Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
Provide accurate curriculum descriptions and course content
Use appropriate language and methods
Respect student privacy and confidentiality
Not collect payments outside the platform
9.2 Content Standards
Teacher-created content must:
Be accurate and not misleading
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
Provide value to students
Not violate community standards
10. Student Terms and Responsibilities
10.1 Student Conduct
Students agree to:
Attend scheduled lessons on time
Prepare for lessons as directed by teachers
Provide adequate notice for cancellations
Maintain professional communication
Not record lessons without explicit permission
10.2 Learning Progress
Alex Doyle Guitar makes no guarantee regarding learning outcomes
Student progress depends on individual effort and practice
Course completion does not guarantee proficiency
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
11.1 "AS-IS" Service Provision
The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Alex Doyle Guitar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
11.2 No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantee that:
Students will achieve learning goals
Content is completely accurate or current
Teachers will meet specific teaching standards
The Service will meet your expectations
12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex Doyle Guitar's total liability to you is limited to the GREATER OF:
The amount you paid to Alex Doyle Guitar in the 12 months before the claim

13. Indemnification
